By accessing or using HeartEcho (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HeartEcho is an anonymous emotional support platform that provides:
- Anonymous Tree Hole emotional expression with AI-generated responses
- AI-powered emotional assessment (informational only, not clinical diagnosis)
- Optional paid 1-on-1 AI counseling sessions
- Encrypted emotional archive storage
3. Not Medical Advice
Hermama is an AI emotional companion tool. The Service does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional psychological therapy. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or intended to harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the AI system
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Attempt to deanonymize other users or extract personal data
5. Payment & Refunds
Paid counseling sessions are processed through Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record). We offer a 30-day refund guarantee for unused sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
The HeartEcho name, logo, Hermama character design, and original content are protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the content you submit.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Anonymous sessions inactive for 7 days are automatically expired.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
